She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Glasscock and Gertha Parker Glasscock of Knox County; and her sister Bertha Mayo Glasscock (A. J. Hammond). She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Patterson of Bimble, KY and Vernon Glasscock of Ormond Beach, FL; her children, Margaret Melton (Hank) of Barbourville, KY and Don Hammond (Deborah) of Heidrick, KY; her grandchildren, Andy Melton of Barbourville, KY, Sarah Hammond of Heidrick, KY and Erin Hammond Abner (Bradley) of Heidrick, KY.; and her great grandchildren, Silas Melton of Barbourville, KY and Bristol Abner of Heidrick, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
