She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Paul Gallagher and Geneva Faye Gallagher (Garrison); her spouse Jerry Wayne Mills; her sons, Michael Allen Mills (Krista) of Barbourville, Paul Jeffrey Mills (Jana) of London and Brook Scott Mills (Sarah) of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Madison Lee (Sam) of Barbourville, Trevor Mills of Barbourville, Tanner Mills of Barbourville, Alyson Thompson (Seth), Megan Mills, Braden Mills of London, Abram Mills of Barbourville, Laura Beth Mills of Barbourville, Michael Mills of Barbourville and Loretta Mills of Barbourville; her great grandchildren, Isabel Thompson of North Pole and Harrison Lee of Barbourville; and her siblings, Margaret Druscilla Witkoski (Gallagher) of Columbia, Jackie (Bob Barton), Tommy (Cloye Mills) and Jimmy (Judy Mills). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
