He is survived by: his stepfather Arthur Christie; his children, Sherry Workman (Tony) of Barbourville, KY and Arthur Van De (Lisa); his grandchildren, Amanda, Dustin Stokes (Brittney), Teyana, Devin, Collin Van De (Kayla), Cody Van De (Casey) and Crystal Sparks Miller; his great grandchildren, J. T., Jayden, Willow, Oakley, Jaylynn and Lura; his siblings, Jeff, Gail, Leslie, Linda, John Jr. and Charles; and his pet Zoey.
