He is survived by: his mother Alexis Flores (Blair); his siblings, Leela, Ivy and Alexander; his grandparents, Jerry and Crystal Blair of White Pine; his great-grandparents, Darrell and Donna Raleigh of Cumberland; his aunts, Mercedes (Tyler) and Samantha; his uncle Jerry Jr.; his great-aunt Tonya Conner (Chris); and his great-uncles, John Blair (Monica) and Kenneth Blair (Vaneza).
