Smith III and Kylie Lambert; her sisters, Teresa Davis and Dena Davis; her siblings-in-law, Johnny Smith of London, KY. and Tina Swanner (Ronnie); her nieces, Elizabeth Swanner and Victoria Swanner; her nephew Wesley Swanner of Smyrna, TN.; her aunts, Floretta Sowders of London, KY., Alice Harrell of Orlando, FL., Faye Shelton (Charles) of Covington, KY., Connie Hamilton, Mary Davis of Venice, FL. and Yvonne Hamilton of Taylor, MI.; her uncle Ledford Hamilton (Joan) of Artemus, KY.; her nephew Travis McCreary (Lisa); and also, Xander, Adalee and Patricia. She was also cherished by family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family members plan to set up a Trust Fund for Patricia's grandchildren.
