She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Mills and Hallie Smith Mills; her husband Carl J. Puckett; her children, Willa Sue Mills, Elizabeth Kay Uhlig, Donna Lynn Kinnison and Tommy Bargo; her granddaughter Nancy Lemons; her siblings, Donald Ray Mills, Cal T. Mills, Lonnie Mills, Ben Mills Jr., Diana Robinson and Beulah Smith; and her son-in-law Whitley Mills.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Bargo of Barbourville, Teresa Cobb (Wade) of Corbin and Carol Smith (Ronnie) of London; her sisters, Anna Sue Mills (Randall) of Dayton, OH, Norma Jean Rawlings (Bob) of Dayton, OH and Bonnie Nealy (Jim) of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Shawn Smith, Michelle Collins, Renee Grieshop, LeeAnn Smith, Nathan Greishop, Wade Cobb IV, James Edwards, Rebekah Liford, Dustin Broughton and Megan Peavley; her son-in-law Scott Kinnison of West Alexandria, OH; and her sister-in-law Armarita Mills of Stinking Creek. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home (325 Knox St, Barbourville, KY 40906).
To honor Ora Lee's wishes, the family requests that gifts of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Knox County Cancer Patient Fund.
