She was predeceased by: her stepfather Ed Sergeant; her siblings, Melvin Gladdish and Ellen Turner (Myrthul); her husband Myrthul Dixon; and her son Jeffery Dixon.

She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Dixon Hughes; her grandsons, Noah and Ethan; her son Melvin (Lenora); her grandchildren, Madison and Karsten; her child Jess (Heather); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Caleb; her son Michael (Tracy); her grandson Joseph; her child Jerry (Katie); her grandchildren, Dakota, Madilynn and AhLanie; her child Terry (Sheila); her daughter-in-law Kellyn Dixon; her son Mark Turner (Eda); her grandchildren, Elyse and Jared; her cousin Sherry Thompson; her caregivers, Bridgett Howard and Tiffany Gray; and also Janie.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Totz Church of God in her memory.
