She is survived by: her husband Paul Stewart of Mackey Bend; her children, Lisa Smith (Robert) of Corbin, Jeffrey Paul Stewart (Amy) of Corbin, Lorrie Rose (Andy) of Mackey Bend and Sally Michelle Helton (Bruce) of Mackey Bend; her siblings, Jeanetta Johnson of Barbourville, Sally Walters of Woodbine, Ellis Mills (Pat) of Ross, OH and Roy Mills (Lynn) of Barbourville; and her grandchildren, Trevor Smith, Faith Cooke (Jamie), Jaxon Stewart (Mallory), Bailee Jo Stewart, Jayce Stewart, Ethan Rose, Anthony Rose, Christopher Rose, Josh Helton and Cassie Helton.
