He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Collett and Linda Sue Collett (North); and his sister Leslie Jean Collett. He is survived by: his wife Nisha Collett (Chumbley); his children, Jerry Ray Eldridge and Ada Renae Eldridge; and his sisters, Diane Gray and Charlotte Faye Brown.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
