It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Pickard of Barbourville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 26, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B. West and Mivy West; and her husband Bobby J. Pickard. She is survived by: her children, David Pickard and Jan Smith; her brother Roy B. West Jr.; her sons, Doug Pickard (Julie) of Mansfield, OH, Charles Pickard (Kathy) of Barbourville and Joe Pickard (Deana) of Barbourville; and her sister Lorene Taylor of Mt. Victory. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren.
