He is survived by: his wife Geneva Collett of Bailey Branch; his children, Eugene Collett of Alex Creek, Christy of Alex Creek, Bessie Jean Jones (Lowel) of Alex Creek, Malvie Baker (Arthur Leonard) of Moore Creek, Roy Lee Collett (Kim) of Alex Creek and Mallie Lynn Collett (Doyle Grubb) of Bailey Branch; his sisters, Thelma Helton of Alex Creek, Martha Blankenship of Hale Creek, Mary Saylor of Flat Lick and Elizabeth Messer (Vantory) of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Grant Thomas Jones, Lester Jr. Hensley, Steven Dewayne Hensley, Lucas Leamon Hensley, Victor Isiac Mills, Daniel Ray Hensley, Austin Lee Collett, Courtney Collett, Timothy Collett, Joshua Jarvis and Sierra Collett; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Alexandra, Abel Ashton Jones, Kylie Amana, Kaylee Arabella, Karter Les, Alexander Dewayne, Selena Parabellum, Zachary Paul Hensley and Noah Ivan Collett.
