He is survived by: his mother Charlene Rodas (Smith) of Seymour, Indiana.; his daughters, Keali Rae June Mills of Seymour and Lauren Maycee Sarver of Seymour, Indiana.; his sisters, Malina Wiese (Charles) of Seymour, Rosemary Lynn Broughton (Rambo) of Corbin, KY and Francis Johns (Scott Jackson) of Seymour Indiana; and his daughter Misti Johnson of Seymour, Indiana.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the mother of his youngest.
