He is survived by: his wife Charlene Bennett Smith; his children, Shirley Caudill (Wade) of Walton, Katrina Smith-Jenkins of Barbourville, Kenneth Bennett of Cincinnati, Matthew Bennett (Jennifer) of Three Rivers and Felicia Henry; his sister Cora Lee Berkley of Barbourville; his niece Lisa Smith; and his grandchildren, Jesse Witt (Allison), Charles Witt (Brittany), Samantha Schrock (Jon), Tre Taylor, Harleigh Caudill, Daniel Bennett, Noah Bennett and Joseph Smith (Toni). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
