He is survived by: his wife Joyce Decker; his children, Terry Borsch of Sevierville, Tennessee, Renee Miracle (Chris) of Williamsburg and Holly Decker (Hunter Miles) of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Destiney, Dalton and Maggie; and his siblings, David Decker (Mary) of Rockholds, Lauren M. Decker of Rockholds, Woodrow Decker (Wilma) of Rockholds and Earnest Decker (Gail) of Georgia. He is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.
