She is survived by: her son Phillip Broyles (Carmen) of Barbourville; her fiancé Daniel Essek of Barbourville; her siblings, Brenda Smith of Himyar, Georgia Donaldson (Donnie) of Flat Lick and Rev. Lonnie Broyles (Tammy) of Corbin; her grandchildren, Robert Matyk and Hailey Matyk; and her close friends, Karen Sizemore of Corbin and Anna Bingham of Barbourville.
