He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Tuttle and Sharon Warren Tuttle of Barbourville, Kentucky.; his wife Robin Reichstetter Tuttle of London, Kentucky.; his stepchildren, Lisa Belk (David), Lindsay Reichstetter and Jason Reichstetter (Whitney); his brother-in-law Steven Bailey; his grandchildren, Charlie Tye Tuttle, Ethan and Owen Lulay; and his close friend Jonathan Belk.
