He is survived by: his wife Nancy Shepherd (Jones); his sons, Richard Dean Shepherd (Jenny) and Jeffery Dewayne Shepherd (Lisa); his grandchildren, John Edward Shepherd (Tippori), Daniel Paul Shepherd, Jonathan Carl Shepherd, Lauren Shepherd and Tiffany Balmer (John); and his great grandchildren, Bristol Kaye of Heidrick, Brooklynn of Heidrick, Regina of Heidrick and Cayden of Heidrick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
