He is survived by: his father Darrell Collinsworth; and his sisters, Cora Adams (James) and Koula Verda Knox (Chris).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dowell and Martin Funeral Home (365 W Main St, Mt Vernon, KY 40456).
