He was predeceased by: his father John A. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Jean Scott Collins of Barbourville; his daughter Sharon Ann Scott (Dustin Miracle); his siblings, Angela Reanee Gregory (Jamie) of Cannon and Jason Paul Scott (Cynthia) of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Bentley, Aidan, Kaidence, Addyson, Kinzly, Brylee, Jayden, Weston and Kaisen Miracle; and his great-niece Aubree Scott.

The family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
