He is survived by: his children, Sarah Elizabeth Carnes (Justin) of Gray, Hunter Michael West of Knoxville and Isabella Clairese Mills of London; his sisters, Jodi Lynn Haskins (Gary) of Perrysburg and Lisa Wyatt (David) of London; and his grandchildren, Macy Elizabeth Carnes, Addison Olivia Carnes and Kennedy Willow Reece Carnes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
