He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bailey; and his siblings, Minnie Marcum of London, Marie Adams (James) of Artemus, Judy Marion of Paintsville, Brenda Hubbard (Herschel) of Barbourville, Lonnie Ray Mills of London, Jessie Paul Mills of Bimble and Delbert Burton Mills of Bimble.
