He is survived by: his wife Donna Head (Evans); his daughter Ashley Muse of Corbin; his stepdaughter Jennifer Troutman (Scott) of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Destiny, Hunter and Jacob; and his sister Loretta Gambrel (Eddie) of Hinkle.
