She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Russ and Neva Newman Russ; and her brothers, Rick, David and Jerry Russ.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Lee Bays of Barbourville; her son Justin Bays of Heidrick; and her brother Lonnie Russ of Coalport.
