It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Disney Sevier (Barbourville, Kentucky), who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys McWilliams Disney and Reid Isaac Disney; her son Russell Isaac Messer; and her brothers-in-law, Bodie Messer, Jr. and Doug Swafford.
She is survived by: her husband Russell Sevier; her sons, Kenneth Messer (April) and Darrin Sevier; her sisters, Ilena Disney Mills, Bobbie Disney Messer and Rita Disney Swafford; her grandchildren, Julie Messer Burnette (Sam), Joshua Messer (Kelly), Jonathon Messer, Olivia Messer, Ryan Dunn and Tyler Dunn (Ruth); her great grandchildren, Jackson Burnette, Dylan Burnette, Emily Messer, Bear Dunn and Jan; her daughter-in-law Paula Messer; and her sisters, Sharon Adkins, Tooder Blevins and Jan. She is also survived by her sons, for her husband.
