He is survived by: his wife Laura Turpen of Barbourville; his daughters, Heather Shelton (Sherman) of Georgetown and Belinda Clark (Glenn) of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings, Maggie Roy (Paul) of Nancy and Howard Turpen (Liz) of Nancy; his brothers-in-law, Lyman Alexander of Danville and Jimmy Alexander (Elmeta) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Michael Doolin (Kendra), Dakota Doolin (Lindsay), Chloe, Micah and Joanna Belle Shelton; his great grandchildren, Samuel, Shepherd, Sterling and Silas Doolin; and his friend Les Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
