He is survived by: his children, Mendy Mays (Terry) of Barbourville and Steve Chafin (Pamela) of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Taylor Mays, Braxton, Braden and Brendan Chafin; and his sister-in-law Debbie Russ.
