He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dooley and Opal Davenport Adams; his brothers, Norman and Lonnie Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry and Delbert Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Adams of Barbourville; his children, Chris Adams (Joanie) of Richmond, Ashley Deaton (James) of Girdler, Heidi Baker of Himyar, Virgil Baker (Ticie) of Boone Height and Albert Baker (Jamie) of Boone Height; his siblings, Connie Smith, Shirley Brown, Donna Adams, Kim Adams and Gary Adams; and his grandchildren, Kensley, Hadley, Kaydence, Presley, Waylon, Devonte, Braxton, Brevin, Ethan and Peyton. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home (325 Knox St, Barbourville, KY 40906). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
