She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Peace; her grandparents, Arthur, Grace Lewallen Peace, John and Ella Mae Mays; and her siblings, Debbie Mays and David Mays.

She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Matlock of Poplar Creek; her daughter Rhonda Collins (Adam) of Poplar Creek; her grandchildren, Stephanie Thompson (Cory), Hannah Collins and Adam Collins Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Khilyn, Kambdon Thompson and Michael Smith.
