It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather Brooke Stacy of Barbourville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Edward Cooper and Brenda Yother Cooper of Barbourville; her husband Paul Stacy of Barbourville; her son Isaac Denny of Barbourville; her siblings, Tammy Stephens (David) of Russell Springs, Shannon Cooper of Barbourville and Edward Cooper Jr. of Artemus; her nieces, Emily Cooper and Alyssa Stacy; and her nephew Justin Cooper.
