He is survived by: his sons, Albert Philpot and Haston Philpot, Jr.; his grandsons, Steven Philpot and Edward Philpot; and his brothers, Earl Philpot (Dorothy) and Evan Philpot, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
