He is survived by: his wife Rowena Smith (Osborne) of Barbourville; his sons, Jason Lynn Smith (Amber) of Pineville and Brent Smith (Amy) of Corbin; his grandchildren, Whitney Lynn Smith, Madison Piper Smith and Mackenzie Grace Smith; and his sister Ima Geiger (Jim) of Corbin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
