He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lynn Phipps, Bruce Mills of Flat Lick, Cynthia Bennett of Barbourville and Billy James Baker (Kayle) of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Kadi Jordan (Justin), Anthony King, Ali Bennett, Marena King (Tyler Elliott), Paige Hobbs (Austin) and Kelsea King; and his great grandchildren, Danni Beth Jordan, Gavin Jordan, Zoey Beth Abner and Annie James Hobbs.
