He is survived by: his wife Bertha Lee of Turkey Creek; his children, Chassidy Saylor (Gilbert) of Turkey Creek, James Daniel Lee of Turkey Creek, Stephanie Williams (Westley) of Corbin and Justin Cody Lee of Turkey Creek; his siblings, Phyllis Pack of Louisville, Henrietta Seiber (Oscar) of Atwood, TN, Linda Epperson (John) of Middlesboro, Rev. Jimmy Lee (Della) of Boone Height and Mike Lee (Ruby) of Middlesboro; and his grandchildren, Britney, Brianna, Braxton, Kyleighan, Gabe and Deklen.
