Smith of Barbourville; her siblings, Berthel Blankenship of Barbourville and Lonnie Hubbard of Scalf; her siblings-in-law, Kathy Smith of Barbourville and Douglas Smith of Fort Meyers, FL; and her caregivers, Caroline Mills, Sabrina Marion and Betty Gibson.
