Mills Jr. (Linda); her brother-in-law Lonnie Elliott; her nephews, Kevin Carter and Steve Garrison; her children, Rodney Blair of Barbourville and Amy Daniels (David) of Mt. Vernon, OH; her grandsons, Bradley, Brayden, Matthew and Logan Daniels; her stepdaughters, Cindy Bailey of Barbourville and Jamie Jackson of Barbourville; her siblings, Nadine Elliott of Barbourville, Geneda Garland of Harlan, R. J. Mills (Odie Mae) of Girdler and Clark Mills (Jamie) of Girdler; and her siblings-in-law, Almedia Mills, Jay Fields and Wayne Garrison.
