She was predeceased by: her parents, Hudson Cole and Maude Cole (Williamson); and her siblings, Homer Cole, Herbert Cole, Lowell Cole, Jimmy Cole, Cleadie Mills, Alta Eagle, Emma Mills and Doris Favio.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Gray of Barbourville; her siblings, Farris Cole (Lavina) of Flat Lick, Marie Jordan (Cole) of Hamilton and Jean Withrow (Cole) of Four Oaks; her caregivers, Donna Lankford and Sabrina Garland; and her close friend Dr. Raju Vora. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In liue of flowers donations may be made to Northside Baptist Church in her memory.
