She was predeceased by: her parents, Luster Bennett and Maggie Lawson Bennett; her husband Junior Partin; her sons, Bill Ed Partin (Debbie) and Jerry Wayne Partin; her siblings, Ruby Etta, Zelma Ruth Bennett, John Will, Claude Edward and George Frank Bennett; and her grandson Shane Matthew Partin.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Kenneth Partin (Lovella) of Barbourville, Perry Luster Partin of Corbin and Sheila K. Manning (Tommy) of Williamsburg; her sister Beulah Fay Saylor of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Jack Partin (Karlie), Steve Partin (Wendy), Billy Partin (Marlena), Mike Partin (Tawni), Thomas Manning and Rachel Pennington Partin; and her great grandchildren, Amber, Payton, Kaylee and Kimber Partin.
