He is survived by: his siblings, Faye Smith (Jerry) of Barbourville, Laura Mae Smith of London, Rondle "Ron" Phipps (Pat) of Barbourville and Darrell Phipps of Heidrick; his brother-in-law John Colson of Florida; his nieces and nephews, Victoria Hacker (David), Tonya Lay, Paige Hobbs (Austin), Vencil "Dinky" Phipps (Lisa), Michael Phipps (Vickie), Mark Phipps and Rondle Scott Phipps (Tiffany); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander, Ethan Phipps, Wendi Rae Mills (Nathan), Keaton Millsaps, Kimber Matthews, Jordan Scott, Jayden Seth, Pippa Sky Phipps, Memphis Mathews and Annie James Hobbs; his friends, Angie Jackson and Greg Stewart; and also, Jessie, Taylor, Lauren and Melody.
