She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Buttery and Evelyn Yeager Buttery; her husband Jimmie Wayne Mills Sr.; her son Cecil Ray Mills; her sister Rebecca Lynn Buttery; her father-in-law Franklin Mills; and her brother-in-law Johnny "Pookie" Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Jean Hubbard (Jason) and Jimmie Wayne Mills (Kelley); her daughter-in-law Carol Doolin of Barbourville, Kentucky; her brothers, Larry Archie Buttery (Carol) of Barbourville, Lloyd Buttery (Sue) of Barbourville and Terry Buttery of Barbourville; her sister-in-law Jennifer Dees of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Travis Andrew Mills (Shelby) of Corbin, KY, Chandler Ray Mills, Jimberly Faith Hubbard, Bailey Ray Hubbard, Joshua Franklin Mills and Emily Ann Mills; her great grandchild Knox Everett Mills; her nieces, Melissa Alderton and Michelle Mills Jackson; and her nephew Michael Mills. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
