She is survived by: her children, Lacie Brown (Jason Grubb) of Barbourville, Penny Marie Warf (Steve) of Bowling Green, Ford Lee Simmons (Carla) of Barbourville, Mike Simmons (Marilyn) of Bowling Green and David Earl Simmons of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Joseph Simmons of Barbourville, Dickie Lee Brown of Barbourville, Brittany Nicole Smith (Cody) of Barbourville, Jasmine Brown of Barbourville, Destiny Simmons of Barbourville and Jayden Faith Brown of Barbourville; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Braylon Smith and Avery Kate Brown; and her siblings, Bleve Brown of Bimble, Virginia Lee Neal of East Bernstadt, Ruby Jean Broughton (Quentin) of Barbourville and Teresa Lynn Lambert (Tommy) of Hinkle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
