He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Don Bingham and Teresa Elaine Bingham (Chadwell); his grandparents, Ralph, Anita Chadwell, Don I. and Erma Bingham; his uncles, Larry Chadwell, Carl Chadwell and Rick Hammons; and his aunt Eryleen Hammons.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brooke Bingham (Randall Pitts) and Brandon Bingham (Kari Reed); his aunts and uncles, Ralph Chadwell, Jr. (Debbie), Chris Chadwell (Heather), Cathy Stovall (Chuck) and Lisa Carmack (Wendell); and his nieces and nephews, Braydon Dakota Mills, Kylie Mills, Jordan Mills, Kadi Reed and Tyler Reed.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in his memory.
