He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Broughton Rose; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Dye Rose and Bill Dunn; and his great-nephew Jacob Daniel Price. He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlyn Lashae Rose of Manchester; his stepson Josh Napier of Manchester; his siblings, JoAnn Dunn of Flat Lick, Jeanetta Walker (Jimmy) of Barbourville and Jimmy Dale Rose of Flat Lick; his nieces, Megan Price, Chloe Rose and Briana Dunn; and his great-nephew Jagan Price.
