He is survived by: his wife Debbie Russ of Barbourville; his children, Dayna Rogers (Greg) of Barbourville and Cindy Hamilton of Barbourville; his siblings, Jeannie Bays (Jerry) of Barbourville and Lonnie Russ (Jennifer) of Artemus; his granddaughters, Brittany Adams (Tyler), Kristen Hamilton and Amanda Rogers; his great grandchildren, Emma Claire Adams, Alora and Caleb Rogers; his niece Tiffany Collins; his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Russ of London, Tina Chafin (Jimmy) of Barbourville and Sue Martin of Barbourville; and his close friend Stanley "Hoot" Hembree.
