Dale Riggs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Riggs of Barbourville, Kentucky, born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on February 1, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, O. B. Riggs and Ella Smith Riggs; his daughter Preshus Joey Riggs; and his brother David Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Riggs of Barbourville; his children, Tammy, Tonya, Trina, Chris, O. B. and Angela; and his stepson Larry Evans of Barbourville. He is also survived by three sisters; a brother; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
