He is survived by: his wife Deborah Byington Mayberry; his children, Sarah Mayberry and David Mayberry; his sister BethAnn Kohlhorst (Eric); and his nieces, Hannah Kohlhorst and Rachel Kohlhorst. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
