She is survived by: her husband David Bales of Barbourville; and her siblings, McCoy Carnes Jr. (Madge) of Marion, IN, Mary Carnes Mills of Lakeland, FL, Rex Carnes (Judy) of Cannon, Jackie Abner (Bobby) of Heidrick, Phillip Carnes (Vickie) of Cannon, Janice Floyd (Jim) of Corbin, Madeline Mays (Jimmy) of Bimble, Diane Carnes of Destin, FL, Linda Hughley (Randy) and Donna Cain (Billy) of Barbourville.
