He is survived by: his children, Reda Morgan (Phillip) of Barbourville, Charles "Buster" Mills (Hazel) of Bimble and Rhonda Hobbs (Colby) of Bimble; his goddaughters, Chawntay Gilmore of Corbin, Angela Roberts of Barbourville and Frankie Phipps of Barbourville; his brother Delmar Mills of Corbin; his grandchildren, Tabitha Smith (Tony), Dylan Mills (Caitlin), Cody Mills (Jenna), Jody Gray (Randy), Mike Mills (Ashley), Angie Williamson (Lonnie "Peanut"), Shelia Hood and Shane Baker (Breanna); his great grandchildren, Charli Beth, Claire, Colt, Cami, Jayden, Tyler, Matthew, Clarissa, Riley, Ali, Madi, Kari Beth, Tanner, Miranda, Whitney, Casey, Jeremiah, Sadie Rae, Sherman, Breanna, Isaac and Ethan; his great great grandchildren, Benjamin, Isaac, Lily, Georgia, Avery, Lincoln, Mallary, Tanner, Melanie, Riley, Paisley, Everleigh, Bo Elliott, Stetson, Neiamiah, Caisyn, Conner, Carson, Mayalah, Bailey, Kendall and Noah; and his close friends, Cleveland Mills and Rick Daniels. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
