He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleadous Martin and Thelma Mays Bledsoe; and his brother Gregory Allen Bledsoe. He is survived by: his children, Michael Johnson, Shawn Adams and Sanoma Carton; and his siblings, Rev. Pamela Bledsoe-Reed, Regina Bledsoe, Bobbie Bledsoe Parker, Dora Bledsoe-Hughes, Cornelius and Tony Bledsoe. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
