He is survived by: his niece Kerri Mitchell; his friends, George Hammons and Wayne Zigos; his wife Patty Frazier of Barbourville; his children, Leslie McClure (Jay) of Barbourville and Eddie Frazier (Kristin) of Barbourville; his brother William "Bill" Frazier (Brenda); his sisters-in-law, Christy Hall (Trent) of Barbourville, Jackie Evans (Wesley) of Gray and Doris Mitchell (Steve) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Waylon, Lily, Trevor Frazier and Landri Jayne McClure; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Frase Daniels, Lee Frazier, Nile Frase Jr., Kerri Calloway, Eric Evans and Andrew Mitchell.
