He is survived by: his wife Sally Brown; his children, Jacqueline Elizabeth (Gallagher), Richardson (Cuy) of Georgetown, Steven Bernard Gallagher (Sharon Patterson) of Pineville, Theresa Ann Gallagher of Henderson, Nevada and Andrew Wesley Gallagher of Barbourville; his siblings, Eileen Gallagher Sexton of Adolphus, James Dale Gallagher (Jeanetta), Joseph Michael Gallagher (Golda Mae) of Barbourville and Mark Stephen Gallagher (Rhonda) of Corbin; his grandchildren, Julia Marie Goodin of Lexington and Alexander Raybourn Gallagher of Barbourville; and his nieces, Melissa Ray Gallagher of Barbourville, Joanna Marie Gallagher Carpenter (Michael) of Barbourville, Beth Gallagher Pack (Clayton) of Phoenix, Arizona, Marcia Pennie of Lexington and Kimberly Ruth Gallagher of Corbin.
